Exercise is not easy, having daily or weekly routine scheduled even harder!
There are so many clusters and things happened in our life; try to give yourself 1 hour a day; whether its walking in the park or working out in the gym; your mind and view will be cleared.
It’s like a meditation, its your own time, its all about you; and the “side effect” is, you will burn extra calories off, and get the body circulation works better, increase your metabolism and happier !
*I see those regular members at gym same time (6am, 8:30am 9:30am and 4:30pm) everyday, i admire your dedication and commitment! Keep up the good work!
