A short story about Michelle,

Hearing my partner telling me how we could eat better or should I say NOT hearing, just could not keep up with the kids and depression started to set in, yes I know this sounds so familiar to all of us. There is no excuse for not eating right, as a female and mother it is hard not to eat what my children are eating just easier. What I needed was a kick start on healthy alternatives to chocolate and coffee. Both stimulates one to calm my nerves and the other just to keep on top of everything. When you have those extra pounds that just will not move you need motivation, at Venus Fitness for Women at Mt Druitt, I found a fantastic enthusiastic staff that could help me on the way. They showed me how to work on the resistance machines setting my weights and also, explained how with by proper eating habits, I could boost my metabolism and shed while watching my favourite shows, without the comfort foods of the past. After just a week and the dreaded first weigh and measure, I was on my way at first with the old muscle soreness, then it started they helped me on my way to better health. My goal was to get under 100kg and I even inspired one of the trainers to shed a few KGs. This year I went with the s

team to do the City to Surf and thanks to Amy, my Trainer I finished! Now I have next year, I will to beat the street sweepers to the finish line. Thanks Venus Fitness for women you helped me turn my life around.
