We make sure you’ll be confident to do the workout on your own, with staff on hand for advice or that chat!

At Venus Fitness for Women we offer Personal Training specifically for females presented to you by our female staff, we cater for both individuals and groups if you need to reduce the cost sometimes you and a friend can split the cost between both of you. If a gym membership isn’t your style, then come in and book your Personal Training sessions. Our trainers will make sure you get the best possible workout for your needs. They will track your progress and give healthy eating tips along the way. Helping you do that all important life changing effort that will give you that extra energy to get you to do the thing you found to ‘put in that too hard box’.
Think of your core muscles as the sturdy link in a chain connecting your upper and lower body. Whether your hitting a tennis ball attending the gym or mopping the floor the necessary motions either originate in your core or move through it. At Venus Fitness for Women we focus on core strength as this is very important in every aspect of our lives, our fit ball classes can be used by individuals to help improve core strength, by proper instruction later you can do it by yourself in your time at Venus fitness for Women Your, Ladies Only Gym. Some examples are simply bending to put your shoes on, looking behind, having a healthy back, good posture, balance and stability. Our staff at Venus Fitness for Women are happy to work out with you and give you motivation by sometimes mimicking and doubling what you do in workout to help with the motivation to lose those extra KG or with our unique weigh and measure we can give you a progress report that makes sense when your doubting yourself. Get rid of this myth, that many women will shy away from lifting weights, particularly going heavier with them (more than 3-5 KG) simply because they believe that doing so causes them to develop rippling muscles that give off too masculine of a look. Yes you start of light to develop muscle endurance and later as you muscle gets stronger you lift heavier.
This is a misperception that most women have, because the fact of the matter is that females do not have enough testosterone in their body to develop this degree of musculature naturally, plus in order to build that type of muscle even with testosterone present, a great deal of food must be provided. What lifting heavy weights will do though is raise their metabolic rate, promote greater fat burning, and help give them more definition when they do lose the body fat off. As you can see, what most women fear is actually what they should be doing. So, make sure you’re not making that mistake.

You won’t find big stacks of heavy weights in Venus Fitness for Women studio. Our equipment is designed especially for women fitness in mind and features both positive and negative resistance, to ensure you maximize the value of every minute, and see faster results.
